I made pajama pants that you can wear comfortably at home.
These pajama pants were made for my husband,
but I wore it and took a picture.
The waist is a little big, but it's roomy and comfortable.
You can now easily make and wear pajama pants.
the size of the pants I made.

How to determine the length of your pants elastic band
= Waist Circumference x 0.9 + 3cm (1¼in)
How to make
1. One by one, sew the inseam, and zigzag or serging.
2. Turn one side over and put inside the other.
3. Sew to match the rise and zigzag or serging.
5. Fold the waist hem twice at 1cm (⅜in) and 2.5cm (1in) and sew,
leaving a hole for the elastic band.
6. Fold the hem twice at 1cm (⅜in) and 2cm (⅞") and sew.
(If you iron the folded part, it will be easier to sew.)
7. Use a safety pin to insert the elastic band into the casing.
8. Overlay the elastic bands and sew them together.
9. Sew up the elastic band hole.
10. Arrange the elastic bands well
and turn them over to complete your pajama pants.
