How to Make 3 Sizes Open Toe Fabric Slippers for All The Family | Free Sewing Patterns

I made some airy summer slippers.

I made two types of slippers for all the family, from children to adults.

Patterns are available in 22cm (8¾"), 25cm (9⅞") and 27cm (10⅝").

These are slippers with open toes and sides.

How to make it is shown in the video.

These basic slippers show you how to make them in pictures.

The one on the left is type A 27cm (10⅝"), the one on the right is type B 25cm (9⅞")

Materials (B)

Interfacing : Pre_quilted batting (White quilting fabric polyester cotton) 

It is quilted together with polyester cotton and white fabric (T/C).

It doesn't have to be square, just put the outer fabric on the Interfacing and cut it two.

Quilted non-slip fabric.

If there is no quilting, use 3 layers of quilted batting and add non-slip fabric.

Cotton or Linen fabric.

Outer, Lining, Interfacing

Since you need to make two, cut two sets.

How to make (B)

1. Place the interfacing, outer fabric, and lining in order, and sew it.

2. Cut the seam allowance leaving about 0.5cm (¼"). The seam allowance of the interfacing is cut out.

3. Turn the outer fabric over so that the right side is visible.

4. Place the outer fabric on top of 2 sheets of interfacing and sew 0.5cm (¼") inward.

5. Cut away any surplus seam allowance round the edge.

6. Mark the points marked on the pattern.

7. Match the instep there and sew 0.5cm inward.

8. Place the quilted non-slip fabric on top of it and sew it on leaving an opening.

9. Leave a seam allowance of 0.5cm (¼") and trim it.

10. Turn inside out and hand sew the seam.

11. Please make another one in the same way.
